Akono Dixon is most recognized for his work on the hit Netflix/The CW series “All American.” His character was originally intended to be a single episode guest star in the first season but after his first week on the show they wrote him into an additional episode and continued to bring him back. Recently, he wrapped his character’s arc in season three, which was the final season of the series. Since his first major booking in a small supporting role opposite Eddie Murphy in Dolemite is My Name, Dixon has been consistently working including the aforementioned “All American” and several other notable series such as HBO’s “Euphoria.”
