Aimee Garcia is a SAG Award nominee who recently headlined Netflix’s film “Christmas With You,” which premiered in the top tree on the platform. After wrapping “Lucifer’s” sixth season, she cowrote the sequel to 47 Ronin for Universal with New York Times bestselling author AJ Mendez. Garcia also penned a story for Wonder Woman Black and Gold and co-authored the comic book series Glow, based on the Netflix property, and for IDW Publishing. The duo launched Scrappy Heart Productions to elevate diverse stories and are currently adapting Crazy Is My Superpower based on Mendez’s bestselling memoir.
Garcia’s TV credits include “Dexter,” Hulu’s “WOKE,” Marvel’s “M.O.D.O.K,” “Rush Hour,” “Vegas” and “The George Lopez Show” (which earned her an Impact and ALMA Award). Garcia also starred in José Padilha’s RoboCop, opposite Gary Oldman and Michael Keaton and MGM’s The Addams Family with Charlize Theron and Oscar Isaac, as well as Bill Holderman’s What They Had opposite Hilary Swank and Michael Shannon.
