A 2009 graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Eloise Mumford understudied Elisabeth Moss in Speed-in-the-Plow on Broadway while still in school, ultimately performing opposite William H. Macy and Raul Esparza. She made her TV debut as one of the female leads on Kyle Killen’s Fox series “Lone Star” with Jimmy Wolk and Jon Voight. Mumford played Dakota Johnson’s best friend in all three of the Universal Pictures’ 50 Shades of Grey franchise films. In addition to recurring on the hit NBC series “Chicago Fire,” she was most recently in the independent film Standing Up, Falling Down with Billy Crystal and starred on the Disney+ series “The Right Stuff,” based on Tom Wolfe’s book and executive produced by Leonardo DiCaprio’s production company, Appian Way.
