It’s not a terrible stretch for Fedor to play a rising college freshman, as the Vancouver native is a University of Victoria student, working on a science degree. Growing up the youngest of three daughters in North Vancouver, Fedor had a recurring role as Phoebe in “The Troop” starred as Echo in “Mr. Young” and was Allison in “Cedar Cove.”
