Rob Mayes made his theatrical debut in 2008 playing the lead character, Joey, in the MTV musical film “The American Mall.” From there he has appeared in multiple guest spots on shows such as “Cold Case,” “Bones,” “Medium,” “Glades” and “NCIS.” In 2010, Mayes landed the lead role in Ron Shelton’s TBS pilot “Hound Dogs” as well as shooting two independent films, “Burning Blue” playing Navy fighter pilot Matthew Blackwood, and the title character John in “John Dies At The End” opposite Paul Giamatti, which premiered to rave reviews at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival and is currently in theatres now. Since then, Mayes has worked in recurring roles on ABC Family’s “Jane By Design” and the CW’s “90210.” He is currently shooting the TBS pilot “Legends” opposite Sean Bean, Amber Valletta and Ali Larter and can be seen on Lifetime’s “The Client List” playing Derek McCoy.
