Two-time Emmy Award winner John Wesley Shipp has juggled a career playing “superheroes, super-dads and psychopaths” with winning roles on daytime in “As the World Turns,” in primetime with “Dawson’s Creek,” “NYPD Blue” and currently guest-starring as multiple recurring characters on The CW’s hit series “The Flash.” Shipp originated the role of DC Comics hero The Flash on television for the eponymous CBS series in the 1990s.
